The guesthouse is situated in the small resort of Lozica, 3 km west of Dubrovnik and 1 km from the new bridge leading to Dubrovnik. Restaurants, bars, shops and a bus station can be found in Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 25 km away and Tivat Airport is approximately 90 km away.
The air-conditioned guesthouse consists of 6 luxurious villas offering plenty of privacy. The house is nestled in a lovely garden featuring a variety of Mediterranean plants, including orange and lemon trees. Combined with the beautiful sea views, this makes it a perfect holiday location. Additional services and facilities include a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, a TV lounge, Internet access and a car park.
Each villa has its own swimming pool, a comfortable interior with elegant furniture, a magnificent view and a beautiful garden, guaranteeing an unforgettable holiday. Each villa, which can accommodate 12 people, consists of 5 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 3 en suite bathrooms with showers. There are 2 kitchens and 1 kitchenette, featuring a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. A living/dining room with satellite-TV and a DVD player also features as standard. All accommodation also includes a hairdryer, Internet access, a safe, a washing machine, an ironing set, air conditioning and individually regulated heating. The balcony offers a lovely view of the sea and the surrounding countryside and there is also a terrace.
The villas have 2 private terraces, 1 with an outdoor swimming pool, a gazebo, deckchairs and beach umbrellas and both with wonderful sea views. Guests also enjoy the use of gym equipment, badminton facilities, an outdoor shower and a barbecue hut.
Board is not included but meals are available upon request.
