The house is settled in private villa suburb. |Apartments Palma and Magnolia are located in separated object, each one with its own entrance and its own 250 m² large garden, and own parking spot. |Apartment Kiwi is located on the ground floor of the Villa mansion with its own entrance, parking spot, playground and 300 m² large garden.|Each apartment has separate entrance, washing machine Tv and Satellite, Air Conditioning. Every apartment has its own flower garden, grass plot with benches, desk chairs, parasols and fulfilled children playground.
