Rogoznica, a small Mediterranean tourist destination close to Primosten and 25 km south of Sibenik, located in a bay, a wonderful place to spend a wonderful holiday with friends and family.
Rogoznica is frequently visited by surfers because of the yacht port Marina striking, considered one of the most beautiful and safest places to anchor in this part of the Adriatic.
Being a small town in Dalmatia North End, this former fishing village is now a well known tourist destination while keeping their old fisherman crafts, visitors can buy fresh fish caught by fishermen and brought recently. Local festivals that take place in August: Ribarska NOC (Night Fishermen) and Noc Rogoznica (Rogoznicai night) attracts many visitors, including Split and Sibenik. The pebble and rocky beaches surrounded by pine trees.
The old town is situated on the island connected to the mainland by a bridge but still very isolated from the rest of the world. The city hosts several family homes, villas and apartments with private beaches, which can be an excellent choice for holiday.
The hottest months are July and August when temeraturile oscillates between 25 and 35 degrees Celsius and the water temperature reaches to 28 degrees. Rainfall is rare during the summer.
