Murter is one of the best sailing destinations on the Adriatic coast, the resort Murter is located in the north of the island. In the neighborhood are the National Park Kornati Archipelago and other islands in Sibenik, so many yachts and boats anchored in the area.
In general, the biggest attraction of these places is the lovely, unspoiled nature, which you can admire, for example, if you go on an excursion in the Natural Park Kornati. The most important tourist centers of the area are Murter, Betina, Jezera Tisno and but the whole island is very well prepared for visits by tourists from around the world, a fact confirmed by many hotels, restaurants, sports and entertainment opportunities.
If you want to practice water sports, Murter offers lovely beaches, great architecture, vast plains with olive and fig trees. If you want a family holiday, quiet town has quiet beaches surrounded by pine forests, restaurant with traditional festivals.
