The unit has free wifi and has a total of 60 apartments, which are located in three buildings - Villa Istra - the orange building that was opened in 2013, Villa Oliva - the green building, opened in 2014 and Villa Magnolia - opened in 2014. There is a main
reception for all apartments located in Villa Oliva.
There are three different types of apartments:
Studio - This small apartment has approximately 35 m2. It consists of a hall with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a bidet, a sink and a toilet, a combined kitchen-living room and a balcony. The room has a sofa bed for two people, of which the dimensions
are 140/160 * 190 / 200cm and a smaller sofa bed for one person. There is also a small, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and a table. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
One bedroom apartment - medium size apartment, which has about 50m2. It consists of a hall with wardrobe, a bedroom with a king-size bed of 160 * 200cm, a wardrobe and two bedside tables, a balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. In the living room,
there is a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, as well as a table. The living space has a sofa bed for two people, of which the dimensions are 140/160 * 190 / 200cm and a sofa bed for one person. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
Two-bedroom apartment - has about 90m2 and consists of two halls, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a combined kitchen-living room and two balconies. In both bedrooms there is a king-size bed of 160 * 200cm, and the living room has a sofa bed for two people. This
apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
Remarks: Pets are accepted, additional fees apply. Only the apartments on the ground floor are reserved for those traveling with pets.
