- Comfort double/twin standard - surface area 18 sqm, with a double bed of 140x200 cm or two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. Each room is furnished with a bed, bedside tables and lamp, chair and desk, TV, air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer and private bathroom with shower. In this type of room there is also an extendable armchair suitable for the third person. Only certain rooms have a balcony.

- Family room - surface area 29-31 square meters, they have a private bathroom with bathtub. Each family room consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. This room has a comfortable balcony overlooking the park and is furnished with a bedside table and a lamp on each side of the bed, a chair and a desk with LCD TV in the master bedroom.
